Service Menu

This service is for everyone, weather you ride only a few times a year or thrash it! Recommended at the 6 month mark to keep you riding between your annual service ( The Service ) The drivetrain gets a tidy up with the chain and cassette removed and cleaned ( Ultrasonic chain clean ), wheels tensioned and everything gets a bit of lube to keep it all flowing smoothly. Like any service with us the whole bike is looked at and serviced as required ie if it needs a bottom bracket it will get sorted. The tick menu is a guide only, we want to keep you safe and riding for a long time! We offer a discount on Kids Bikes!

The tune - $119

This is the one you get done annually for the regular rider, be it commuter, avid roadie or mountain biker, this is a must get done service. The whole drivetrain is removed and cleaned, the bike gets a full go over paying particular attention to the bottom bracket, headset and hubs with an ultrasonic chain clean. This is a very in depth service, most bikes fall into either The Tune or The Service.

The service - $159

This is designed for the rider who rides! If you're out sending it hard in all weather this is for you, the bike gets treated to a wash then fully stripped bare. We check and replace any pivots bearings* as required, run new cable and housing which is included. Nothing is left unturned when it comes to the frame. Full brake flush of both brakes! Talk to us about adding any front and rear suspension service to make it a complete package. This is only for those full squish bikes (Dual Suspension)

We offer a wide range of Suspension services and for what we cannot do in the mobile bicycle shop ( the full service stuff) we have partnered with Rockshox, FOX and Full suspension specialists.

We only choose the best anything requiring a full service is carefully boxed up and sent to the appropriate suspension tech!

We then re install and check for functionality.

50 hour fork or shock sERVICE - $179

  • Strip-down

  • Close inspection and thorough cleaning of components

  • New genuine manufacturers seals (unless specified otherwise)

  • High-performance oils/ Lubricants

  • Function test

  • Return to pre-service settings

  • Test on bike

FULL FORK SERVICE - $279

  • Full strip-down

  • Close inspection and thorough cleaning of all components

  • Rebuild with new genuine manufacturers seals (unless specified otherwise)

  • Vacuum bleed (some dampers are hand bleed) with high-performance oils

  • Function test with DYNO/ leak test

  • Return to pre-service settings

  • Test on bike

  • Full strip-down

  • Close inspection and thorough cleaning of all components

  • Rebuild with new genuine manufacturers seals (unless specified otherwise)

  • Vacuum bleed (some dampers are hand bleed) with high-performance oils

  • Recharged with Nitrogen

  • Function test with DYNO / leak test

  • Return to pre-service settings

  • Test on bike

Full shock SERVICE - $279

  • Basic cartridge seat post only

  • Cleaning of all parts

  • Inspection of parts for wear/damage

  • Greased and re-assembled

  • Test

  • Please note Seal kit is not included in this service if required*

Service Area

We service from Waitara to Hāwera.

We do not charge a call out fee but have a minimum labour charge of $80 and a long range fee.

(This is a one-off fee not per bike, so call a friend or two to see if they would like any work done)

For residents outside these zones we are currently unable to provide service there, but check back for updates.

GREEN ZONE - $0

For residents in the green zone there is no long range fee, minimum labour charge of $60 only applies.

YELLOW ZONE - $25
